Our story

I am Nataliia, the founder of the NG Pedicure brand. In 2023, I opened my own business in Prague, but I have more than 5 years of experience as a manicurist and pedicurist. I graduated from the Institute of Professional Technologies in Odessa and studied with an experienced master, Helena Jankovskaya. She taught me all the subtleties and subtle nuances of this work, which I happily apply in practice every day to make clients happier and more beautiful.

Philosophy of our work

My philosophy is simple: I love my job and I believe that when you love what you do, you can achieve the best results. Confucius once said: "Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life." This perfectly describes my approach to the profession.

Health and safety priorities

My clients' satisfaction is always my top priority, but their health is even more important. For example, if a client wants to paint their nails but has symptoms of a fungal infection or onycholysis (separation of the nail from the nail bed), I always prioritize eliminating these problems first. The health and safety of the nails are my top priorities. I always explain to my clients the importance of treatment before applying decorative varnishes.

Client experiences and feedback

My clients often say that they have never met a master like me. One of my regular clients told me that I am the best pedicurist in Prague. Of course, I have also had some negative reviews. For example, one client told me that I speak bad Czech and that my pedicure was nothing special. That made me a little embarrassed, but at such moments I think of the words of Aristotle: “There is only one way to avoid criticism – to do nothing, to say nothing, to simply be nobody.”

Professional development and certification

In 2022, I confirmed my qualification by successfully passing the exams and obtaining a certificate. This was an important step in my career and confirmation of my professional skills.

Dear clients! I am happy to introduce you to the wonderful manicurist Sofia, who is a certified manicure and pedicure specialist. She has completed a full training course and has mastered my technique. She is excellent at both standard manicures and pedicures and problematic nails. She also knows the technique of strengthening and leveling the nail plate, which will protect your nails from cracks and chips. This is important for those who care about the durability of their manicure. Thanks to her unique skills in creating natural nail curves, they look even more natural. She learned these skills from me and successfully practices them on her clients.

She pays special attention to detail and is constantly improving her skills. Clients who come to her are always satisfied, because she takes into account all their wishes and finds an individual approach to each of them. Her youth is not an obstacle, but rather an advantage, because she brings fresh ideas and a modern approach to her work.

Personal message and invitation

I would like to say the following to my future clients: At the beginning of 2022, my life changed radically - I had to leave hundreds of my beloved clients in Odessa and move to Prague. I am grateful for the initial help they provided me here. It was not easy at all.

Special thanks to those who helped me find a job in a nail salon in Všenory right from the start. Over time, everything settled down and now I am an independent private entrepreneur. I do not rely on state assistance, I pay for the rent of the apartment, the job in the salon, taxes and health insurance myself.
